If you have been affected by cyclone damage and need to make a claim:

  • Let us know as quickly as possible. Getting in touch now helps us move the claim forward earlier.
  • If you have safe access to the affected area, please take a photo of the damage.
  • To make a claim please call 1800 254 287
  • If you require after hours emergency assistance, please call 1800 254 287 and select option two

Emergency assistance

If you require after hours emergency assistance, please call 1800 254 287 and select option two. Our after-hours service provider will be able to assist you with advice, arrange a ‘make safe’ and if necessary send an adjuster out to help you. 

In the event of an incident

  • Look out for people’s safety as a top priority
  • Contact the Arthur J. Gallagher claims lodgement team as soon as possible to get your claim moving
  • Take reasonable steps to minimise your loss
  • Record or photograph damage
  • A loss adjuster may assess the damage before clean up begins
  • Do not admit liability as this could prejudice your claim
