Giving back to our community

At Gallagher, we like to give back to our community. We recognise the importance of the communities in which we operate in and have select partnerships to help focus our efforts and these are based around:

One of our proud community partnerships is with The Smith Family and we work closely with them in work inspiration opportunities; volunteering; fundraising; stationery, toy and book gift collections.

Volunteering is an initiative that is big part of our CSR and employees are provided 1 days’ paid leave to do volunteering of choice. Their connections, engagement and ability to give back within their own community is a big part of our Your Cause campaign at Gallagher.
